MARLIN - version 1.0.0
This web application allows users to upload a file containing genome-wide methylation calls, which is then used by MARLIN to generate methylation class predictions.
Disclaimer: MARLIN is for research-use only and has not been validated as a clinical test. Results should not be used to guide patient care decisions. Moreover, MARLIN has only been trained and validated on DNA methylation data from patients with an established diagnosis of acute leukemia by orthogonal pathology review. It has not been trained or validated on entities that are often in the differential diagnosis with acute leukemia, such myelodysplastic syndrome, myeloproliferative neoplasms, Burkitt Lymphoma, or other mature B or T-cell lymphomas, or on acute leukemia samples containing a low fraction of malignant blasts.
